Ceramic 3D Printer Buyers Guide:

Our lineup of 3D Clay printers has some of the most unique features in the world compared to other 3D printers. We use a cardinal axis system, rather than a delta printer configuration, allowing precise control with minimal effort.

Most clay printers use a pressurized system with compressed air, while our 3D Potterbot series uses no high-pressure systems, just an overgrown syringe!

Larger models are not limited by print bed!

3D Potter ceramic 3D printers use high-quality anodized aluminum rails. These rails are robust and have a smooth surface, allowing for easy movement of parts while being able to withstand classroom or industrial environments. The unique feature of our printers is the direct extrusion of real clay. Other brands use a compressed air pressure system printing slip / liquid deposition (watered down clay or alcohol diluted clay). Unlike ceramic powder printer these printers use natural clay.

Do you need special clay to 3D print?

The advantage of direct extrusion is printing full-body clays or other paste-like materials. All materials used to build our printers are food-grade, so get creative! Ceramic art printing is just the beginning of 3D clay printing!

Take your favorite pottery clay and wet it so that it is too wet to throw and you are ready to go. You will want to experiment with the wetness level to get it to print correctly for your projects. See the Video below the products to see how easy it is to make your regular clay ready for 3D printing!

We keep improving our 3D printer designs. The 10th generation brings a new wireless feature with a full web interface controlled over WiFi. You can now control and upload files to the printer from multiple devices simultaneously.

The interface allows you full control over every setting of the machine. Interface preview. The 10th gen has a new uniform nozzle design for improved performance, across all of our printers. This allows you to interchange nozzles between all of our printers, from the Micro to the Scara V4.

This is cool: ceramic students design their objects at home during quarantine using the 3d design software and the teacher can print them out and fire them!

3D clay printing is a new and emerging technology that is becoming increasingly popular in a variety of industries. It is a type of additive manufacturing technology that uses an extrusion-based process to print out 3D objects from a clay-like material. The material is heated and pushed through a nozzle which is controlled by a computer-aided design (CAD) program. The objects are then dried and cured, ready for further manipulation.

What is 3D clay printing used for?

3D clay printing is used for a wide variety of applications. It is used in the arts and crafts industry to create sculptures and decorative objects, as well as in the medical industry to create prosthetics and assistive devices. It is also used in architecture to create models of buildings and other structures. 3D clay printing is also used in the automotive, aerospace, and industrial sectors to create prototypes and parts.

What advantages does 3D clay printing offer?

3D clay printing offers a number of advantages, including cost savings and increased production speed. The cost savings come from the fact that the material can be reused, which reduces the amount of material waste and cuts down on manufacturing costs. Additionally, 3D clay printing is much faster than other manufacturing methods
