Laguna Front Loading Gas Kilns
Laguna Front Loading Gas Kilns are professional grade gas kilns with a variety of sizes and configurations available.
Sizes of these kilns range from 7.9 to over 54 cubic feet !
They can be configured for propane or natural gas. They can be made as standard front loading kilns or as shuttle car kilns. These kilns feature venturi burners with natural updraft air flow. They can be ordered in downdraft configuration as well.
Choose fiber or brick construction and upgrade to K26 brick for continuous high temp usage.
These Laguna commercial grade gas kilns are equally suited for schools, industry, or high output pottery studios.
Laguna Gas Kiln Standard Features:- Structural steel frame
- 16 gauge steel skin (painted)

- K-26 firebrick floor
- K-23 firebrick walls, arch and door (brick models only; K-26 optional)
- 6", pre-compressed, high-purity, fiber panels (fiber models only)
- High efficiency natural draft, ceramic-tip, venturi burners (specify natural gas or propane)
- Heavy-duty burner manifold system
- Direct-spark, electronic ignition system
- Digital high-limit/safety shut-off controller
- Manual burner control valves
- Water column pressure gauge
- Cordierite sight tube(s) with peephole plug(s)

Minimum Gas Pressure : 6" WC for Natural gas. 14" WC for propane.
High altitude operation may require smaller orifices or powered blowers
OUR PROCESS
Natural Sheffield Clay is mined on our property from as seen at one of the open clay pits. The Sheffield Clay deposit is located in Sheffield, Massachusetts, on U.S. Route 7 in the Southwest corner of Berkshire County.
