It is widely agreed that one of the things you can do to help limit the damage is to throw in a less crouched position. The only way to do this is to raise the level of your stool and the level of the wheel. We have the wheel part covered and are working on the stool.
Our leg extensions are easy to install and allow you to infinity adjust the height of the wheel to the level that suits you. Some potters want to stand, others just want to raise the wheel a little to adjust the angle of their back while they are throwing.
